Terms & Conditions
1. General Policies
- All services are provided by Crate&Mate LLC with the understanding that the safety, health, and comfort of your pet is our top priority.
- By booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide about your pet.
2. Boarding & Daycare Requirements
- Dogs must be at least 6 months old.
- All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
- Vaccinations are required and must be up to date prior to services:
- Rabies
- DA2PP+L (Distemper/Parvo/Lepto)
- Bordetella
- Canine Influenza
- Proof of vaccination must be provided before boarding or daycare.
3. Transportation Services
- Pickup and/or drop-off service is available upon request.
- A $50 fee each way will be applied.
4. Holiday Surcharge
- A 20% holiday fee will be added to all services, including daycare and boarding, during the following dates:
- New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
5. VIP Memberships
- VIP Memberships and discounted service packages are available for purchase by contacting Crate&Mate directly.
- Annual Memberships automatically renew every January 1st unless canceled prior.
6. Booking & Payment
- Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- All fees, including holiday surcharges and transportation charges, will be applied to your final invoice.
- No services will be provided without payment.
7. Health & Safety
- Crate&Mate reserves the right to refuse services to any pet that appears ill, aggressive, or unsafe to handle.
- In case of emergency, Crate&Mate will make every effort to contact the owner. If the owner cannot be reached, Crate&Mate is authorized to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.
8. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made within the timeframes outlined at booking to avoid fees.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on service type and timing.
